Our Story
Capturing the Sun
In 2003, the Santoro family purchased 320 acres in Millville, CA - a former Simpson Paper Mill waste site and home to the Twin Bridges Class III Landfill. With the purchase came full responsibility for environmental cleanup. Over the next two decades, the family invested millions to cap the landfill and ensure long-term environmental compliance.
As the property expanded to 871 acres and began supporting a sand and gravel operation, the family always believed the land had more to offer. That belief proved true - not in oil or minerals, but in solar power.
The Santoro family partnered with trusted local developers and renewable energy professionals to develop the property to help power California with clean green energy.
